Dr. Sheila Potts, PhD, CCIM, is the founder and CEO of Ravenshield Realty Advisors. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development, financial modeling, entitlements, and education, she brings a rare combination of academic rigor and industry insight to every project.
Before launching Ravenshield, Sheila served as the Director of the Dr. P. Phillips Institute for Research & Education in Real Estate and as an instructor in the Department of Finance and the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate at the University of Central Florida (UCF). Her academic contributions are matched by her hands-on industry experience.
